Windows 10: I need help with this months updates. Getting windows ready dont turn off laptop.

Hello I need help with getting windows ready dontturn off. the circle is just going around and no percentages on updating or installing is coming up like it always done up to 100%This is what happened my windows 10 has the latest version. I have the old style disk so each update went from 0 to 100% download and then each update installed except last 1. it was stuck at 21%. So I restarted Z580 lenovo laptop and to see if i could get the other updates but now its stuck getting windows ready. so how can i can uninstall this months udates when it says dont turn off and I cant get to any screen b
