Windows 10: I need help with unauthorized credit card charges. help.microsoft.com is completely useless.

I have noticed two unauthorized charges on my credit card for Microsoft Gift Cards - Digital Code. I have tried numerous ways of contacting a human being about this billing issue to no avail. Microsoft's response to my requests for help has consistently been to log in to help.microsoft.com, which has been ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Microsoft's reliance on automated customer service and AI has been of no help to me at all. It would be very helpful if I could speak with a live human being to resolve this fraudulent activity. Please help

Microsoft does not have the authority to verify ownership of the credit card or to investigate the financial details tied to another person's account. However, when your credit card company raises a dispute, Microsoft will cooperate with them through the official dispute resolution process. This ensures that any unauthorized transactions are properly investigated and resolved while adhering to legal and privacy standards.
