    I need help with unauthorized credit card charges. help.microsoft.com is completely useless.


    I have noticed two unauthorized charges on my credit card for Microsoft Gift Cards - Digital Code. I have tried numerous ways of contacting a human being about this billing issue to no avail. Microsoft's response to my requests for help has consistently been to log in to help.microsoft.com, which has been ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Microsoft's reliance on automated customer service and AI has been of no help to me at all. It would be very helpful if I could speak with a live human being to resolve this fraudulent activity. Please help

    credit card charge

    Contact your credit card issuer immediately and tell them there is an unauthorized charge on your card account.

    2 unauthorized MSFT charges on company Bank of America credit card

    Contact Bank of America and tell them that there are two unauthorized charges on your credit card. They know what to do.
