Windows 10: I need help with understanding of these paragraph for windows family setup

I think Windows 10 settings app also can setup family? then

I need help with understanding of these paragraph for windows 7 add to favorite problem

I know windows 7 pretty well but I don't get these steps mentioned in the below article plz help

I am not asking tech problem. I am just asking for english problem. I have hard time understanding this article.

First paragraph:

On the taskbar I can not find folder icon????

How do I select "Favorites? and what does "right click on the folder link" mean? Where is the "add to favorites" button?

Second paragraph

"Open the folder in question and then right click on the folder" I do not get it. Where am I supposed to right click the folder to see the menu that looks like a Start button?????? Do I right click the inside the folder that I just opened? but there is no menu that looks like a Start button showing up????????





First paragraph

"Open the folder and then double click the folder to bring up favorites menu where you can type in the name of the folder" So the folder is opened and where do I double click the folder???? And what does "favorites menu where you can type in the name of the folder" mean????

Second paragraph

Make sure computer is running??????????????

What does favorites has to do with Change Desktop Icon????? "........ type in the name of the folder" Where do I type in the name of the folder??? I seriously don't get it.

Third paragraph

Where is the handy shorts it is talking about??

I click the folder in the favorites columns and it just opens up the folder? Are favorites list and favorites column the same thing??????? If they are the same. Then what it is saying is to click folder already inside the favorites list will add it to favorite list????????? Does not make sense to me at all....

Someone plz help me understand these paragraph plz

Can you try the paragraph I have the image of? and teach me how to do them? I mean the website is weird right? These steps can not even be followed right? So it is not my own problem right? You also can not understand these steps mentioned in the website right? I am not the only person in the universe who can not follow these steps right?
