Windows 10: I need help with updating my windows to 2023-11 cumulative update for 23H2

I'm having problems and I'm not really a computer person and every time when I try to update it like it won't update even when it's installing it will just say retry and take forever. Sometimes it will install and then say restart then it will say something went wrong and then update will never install. Can someone help please give instructions if you have found an idea on how to make it install without any issues...

Windows 11, version 23H2 is available...is this the regular update or a preview?

OP was asking is that update Windows 11, v23H2 on screenshot is regular update or preview and answer to that question is that it's update which is released for all users and it's not preview.

Windows 11 23H2 upgrade broke File Explorer, it will not run

Problem seems to be fixed by 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190) update released 11/14 that I installed on 11/15. In the Knowledge Base notes is the following under File Explorer:

• This update addresses an issue that stops File Explorer from opening.
  

It worked for me, no longer have any problems, no need to re-install (somehow I couldn't roll back 23H2 update and had no recovery point before that time).
