Windows 10: I need help with what to do if you delete admin account, but still have an alt account

Hello, I cannot login to my account because on my alt account I do not have admin requirements and I wiped my computer and it said was not able to and then I restarted my computer and then the admin account was deleted and I still had my old account and now I can’t login and whenever I try to reset my account, it doesn’t work And I’ve tried everything but everything I try it just restarted the computer and goes back to my wallpaper because I have to have an admin

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

guys quick question can you change your account from admin to limited from within xp providing there is another account that is admin
