    Okay so…Windows 10 homeWindows 7 proI installed a new mesh system : Deco 6EI have 2 laptops, with NordVPN on them and they will not recognize my new mesh system via connect to Wi-Fi . All of my other devices will recognize the mesh system; smart tv’s, phones, iPads, you name it. So it’s just the two laptops with the NordVPN on it, I think that has some part to play?I deleted NordVPN from both laptops and still no dice.     Okay so…

    Windows 10 home

    Windows 7 pro

    I installed a new mesh system : Deco 6E

    I have 2 laptops, with NordVPN on them and they will not recognize my new mesh system via connect to Wi-Fi . All of my other devices will recognize the mesh system; smart tv’s, phones, iPads, you name it. So it’s just the two laptops with the NordVPN on it, I think that has some part to play?

    I deleted NordVPN from both laptops and still no dice. The laptops will still not find the new Wi-Fi.

    I’ve reset my router.

    I’ve went in to Network Connections and “This Device is working properly”.

    I’ve went in to Wi-Fi Properties and right clicked IPv4 and imputed the IP/Sub mask/ default gateway/ even the preferred DNS of my Deco 6E… NO DICE!

    I’ve reinstalled Win10 on the Win10, no dice mannnn

    Been in contacted with NordVPN the last 5 hours doing simple troubleshooting of stuff I already know how to do…

    At this point I can ramble but please someone on here help

  3. Windows 10 and no wi-fi

    I would suggest you to follow the methods below:

    Method 1: Run the Hardware and Device troubleshooter by following the steps below:

    • Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
    • Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and sound”.
    • Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
    • A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.


    Method 2: The issue may occur if the drivers for Wi-fi are not installed or updated. I suggest you to install/update the latest version for Wi-fi drivers by following the steps below.

    • Press ‘windows key + R’ and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press Enter.
    • Expand ‘Network adapter’ and right click on Wi-fi driver and select update.
