    I need help with Win 8 it can't update to get Win 8.1 then I can get Win 10 again.


    HELLO after I got a update my windows 10 it would not start up normally and the screen was purple and logo would never come up and the mouse arrow was not working either.I bought this Lenovo Idealpad Z580 back when Win 8 came out. then my laptop was able to get Win 8.1 then later on my PC was able to get Win 10. And my Win 10 was up to date 22H2. Now I had to do a full reset like 5 years ago because my pc would not start and had purple around the screen and black in middle. after doing a reset back to Win 8 now it only has IE and IE won't work now after IE was discontinued and windows sto

    Can anyone provide a step by step upgrade path/instructions to delete Win 8 and load/run Win 10..

    Win 10 boots...

    I can't answer to the speed of Win-8 booting. I tried the Win-8 preview and went back to Win-7 after a month. They say that Win-8.1 is a lot better than Win-8 was.
    My Win-10 TP is working well ATM.

    Installed the update manually at the the moment everything is bueno.
    It seems that Microsoft has a big problem in there update department windows 7 update has problems win 8 update has problems. Windows 10 update is so-so.
