    I need help with Windows 11 Virus threat protection


    Hello, so recently I have got on my pc and got a pop up from virus protection saying I have 3 viruses, so I want to see what's going on, so I did check and somehow my pc got 3 viruses randomly No I did not go into virus's website no I did not download any bad stuff I just don't know what happened for me to get these 3 viruses. I will list these 3 names for the viruses also I did try to remove or quarantine them but there always some type of issue whenever I press do action to remove it doesn't do anything like I have no idea what's wrong I will add a picture and a video of what I am talking ab

    virus and threat protection

    Virus and threat protection has stopped and will not restart, Windows 10 ver 1709, antimalware client ver 4.12.16299.15 . SuperAntiSpyware installed.

    I have tried most of the suggestions from the support pages, all have been ineffective. Any suggestions

    Virus and threat protection not working

    Hi there, I recently reinstalled my windows and the Virus and threat protection is down! I have found that I am missing the 'Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service ' and 'Windows Defender Security
    Center Service' files from my services list, I have looked into this and can find no solution to fixing this issue, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated!!

    Hi Valentin

    As an alternative approach, you can allow that utility through the Controlled Folder Access section of WIndows 10 security . . .

    Open Windows Defender Security Center

    Go to Virus & threat protection - Virus & threat protection settings

    Scroll down to Controlled folder access

    From there, you can add Dell Data Vault to the list of safe or allowed apps to prevent it from being blocked

    Please do not leave Controlled Folder Access turned off permanently
