    I need help with windows activation, detailed problem below can someone help me?


    I had a pre-installed version of Windows on my PC but than like some months ago I saw that my windows is not activated anymore. When I try to troubleshoot the problem the error 0xc0020036 comes from the troubleshooter indicating that windows cant connect with activation servers. Can someone help me to activate it again? Also I do not have the product key since it was pre installed and this is a second hand laptop so I have no way of getting the product key. I tried few methods from internet none worked Issue is shown in the screenshot and the windows edition as well.
