    Hello, recently my ethernet cable stopped working on my pc and the green light for it doesn't turn on anymore. The cable is fine, but I noticed in device manager that the driver for it had the error code 43. It's the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller that has this error and I have no idea how to fix this. It's worth mentioning that this happened the day after a storm hit.I have attempted to Disable/Enable, reinstalling the driver, and checked for updates but still have not been able to resolve this.I would really appreciate it if someone can assist me in this!
