Windows 10: I need infomation on lock screen details, how to customize lock screen

I need instructions in lock screen details, to customize my lock screen by changing background to favorite photoes or slide show. social network updates, status notifications and other app system notifications. I need your help,

You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen

 

No Lock Screen

I understand you have no lock screen when using Windows Spotlight.

I've found Spotlight very hard to repair, although I have managed to get from no Spotlight, to Spotlight fully functioning, but no preview picture in Settings. It seemed to take a few days to sort itself out in the end.

Does it work in any of your accounts?

Ideas:
Delete all pictures in the folder listed in thread (you can make a backup copy first).
