Windows 10: i need more space on my computer but windows eats it all

i have a problem with space on my pc. disk C: is always full because of windows and i cant install stuff that needs disk C: to run. i have tried debloating the pc, disk cleaning, deleting temprary files,uninstalling apps and a lot of other stuff. windows keeps updating the pc to the point where i always have 0 space on it and windows stops me from scheduleing the updates to never download them. if anybody knows how to free some space and from my conputer or stop windows from dowloading updates when i have some space left.also disk D: is perfectly fine

Is this in relation to your previous question about disk space, if so, please provide a screenshot of what you have found in TreeSize indicating you browsers are eating space on your hard drive.

Try using a program such as "TreeSize" to help you easily find where all that space is being used:

Disk Space Manager TreeSize | JAM Software

Also, you might want to go into the properties for your drive and select the Disk Cleanup option to see what kind of space you can free up and get a better understanding of what is using the space. Make sure to visit the More Options tab and look at the available options there.

Finally, I would also suggest going into Setting and looking at the storage options, in particular, Storage Sense, to see if that can help you automate cleanup tasks.

• What is the exact error message that you're getting when performing an update?
