Windows 10: I need multiple people to digitally sign the same PDF. How can send it out at the same time...

I have a PDF that needs 3 digital signatures on the same document. The file is located on a shared drive. This is how I currently collect the signatures


Create document - "Master.pdf"

Email person #1 and ask that they sign the document and replace the existing document.

Wait until person #1 has signed and saved the new version of "Master.pdf"


Email person #2 and ask that they sign the document and replace the existing document.

Wait until person #2 has signed and saved the new version of "Master.pdf"


Email person #3 and ask that they sign the document and replace the existing document.

Complete - All 3 signatures have been collected on 1 document - "Master.pdf"


Is there a better way to do this? Sometimes I need up to 10 signatures all on the same document and it seems very inefficient.

I go to Messaging> click the + sign, type the first contact name then type the second name> type the content> Send the SMS.

It fails ..grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I get a "try again" option. so much for wasting my time in write the message.

I have Nokia Lumia 520 and Lumia 620.

I use:

• UnityPDF to merge/split PDFs and to insert/extract pages

• doPDF to create PDFs from any program that is capable of printing

• Foxit Reader to view PDFs and to type in them

Hi ncveera,

I'd suggest three things ...

• First, try restarting your phone (turning it off and then back on).
• If that does not work, I'd try uninstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader and then reinstall it again from the Windows Phone Marketplace.
• If this does not work, I'd suggest you try opening a different PDF either from the Internet or a send a working PDF to yourself from your computer. It might be that the PDF in your e-mail is corrupted.
