Windows 10: I need my bitlocker recovery key, but don’t know if I have a microsoft account.

Hello,How can I get in contact with someone to help me access my bitlocker recovery key? My computer randomly asked me for this a number if days ago, and I have been going around trying to find it. My last options are finding an account that I don’t remember with my bitlocker recovery key, or wiping my computer. Please help me ASAP, I cannot work without my computer.Thank you very much,Arnau

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
