Windows 10: I need my office application to be added to my renewal 365 Family renewed on 6/23/2024 by a...

I bought a card for 365 FAMILY last year to be renew on 6/23/2024 automatically and was renewed but when I try to work in office it said I have only 365 BASIC wish, it is NOT right. I have been Chatting, supporting, e mail etc., with no results, they want to add office charging me at my old credit card and they are charging my credit card, but I am not wanting to do that because I have my product renewed for 6 computers and it does include office and words etc. and it does Not let me put my actual product it is already with 365 BASIC that it is an old account and DO NOT includes OFFICE. Can

At the top right of any Office Application, log out of your Account, then log back in, to see if that prompts your Office installation to see the licence renewal . . .

If not, go to Login | Microsoft 365 and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in

On that page under your info, check the status of your subscription to Office 365

If that checks out, click this link and run through the Office activation troubleshooter:

If that does not resolve this for you, follow these steps to perform a full repair of your Office installation . . .

Open Control Panel - Programs and Features

Click Microsoft Office in the list of installed applications

At the top, click 'Change'

On the resulting dialog, click 'Repair' - choose the Online Repair, it is a comprehensive fix

That should fix any issues with your Office Installation, including activation . . .
