Windows 10: I need my PC to stop draining gigs on my mobile data immediately I connect hotspot to my PC...

Microsoft I am tired please spare me!!!! I am tired of exhausting several gigs of data hourly simply because I am using your product! How do I connect my phone's hotspot to my PC and how have several gigs disappear in minutes. I have metered connection turned on, I also ensured all the updates are up-to-date because I know how much you guys love to add updates no one asked for what I need now is for me to able to work on the documents I work on without all of mobile data being consumed in an instant!It said I used 8gb in a 6 hour period I AM WORKING ON A DOC FILE! THERE IS NO REASON FOR THAT M

Error "The wifi network .... didn't respond" when using PC as mobile hotspot

Original title:- Use my PC as a mobile hotspot

When my PC has a cellular data connection, I want to turn it into a mobile hotspot to share my connection with other devices.

To do this I follow these steps.

• 
  Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet
  > Mobile hotspot.
  
• 
  Select Edit, enter a new network name and password, and then select
  Save.
  
• 
  Turn on the control under Mobile hotspot to share your cellular data connection.
  

After that I enter my Password to my nokia lumia 925 phone and try to connect to my new wifi network.

But it says "The wifi network .... didn't respond"

• I enter my password correctly.
• Turn of my wifi in pc
  

 

Mobile hotspot connected to PC but not browsing

Good day, please my mobile hotspot is connected to my PC but it doesn't browse any site.

However when i use another mobile hotspot from other phones to connect to my PC, it will browse, likewise when i connected my mobile hotspot to another PC it will also browse the internet.

The issue now is the connection between my phone and my PC.

Please i need your answers.
