Windows 10: I need my USB port replaced on my laptop

My USB port is not working - was working - and has stopped working. I have already restarted the Surface, I have reset the Surface, I have applied Updates to both Windows and the laptop. Please adviseKind Regards, Glenn Villa

Ok, let's see it with pictures step-by-step. First right-click on the USB device and select Update driver software:





Then select Browse my computer for driver software (LAST option) :





The select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer (LAST option) :





Then select the standard driver from the list and click next:





Click next/OK as required to complete installation. Repeat the steps for all Intel USB devices. Finally click on each USB root device and press DEL to delete it, reply YES when asked. After deleting all USB root devices restart the computer.

I have an Asus gl502vml

I've got windows 10

And yes, I am trying to reinstall windows, but all my USB ports are broken, and I do not have a CD slot.

Is there another way to do it?
