Windows 10: I need remote access

I need to access 3 laptops on my home network of 9 laptops via remote control. All have windows 10 installed but, 3 of them have passwords on them. 2 of the 3 computers have cracked screens bought them second hand and I attached external monitors to them. All attempts to reinstall, change, remove, bypass or, clean install Windows to the cracked screen systems has resulted in the disabling of the external monitor. All attempts at remote access have failed because I forgot the username to log in for my router. I am unable to see any of the laptops in question by IP address or MAC address.I've

2. 1. Type “remote settings” into the Cortana search box. Select “Allow remote access to your computer”. This may seem counter-intuitive, but this opens the Control panel
   dialog for Remote System Properties.
3. 2. Check “Don't Allow Remote Connections” to this Computer. You've now disabled remote access to your computer.

Try these two steps and tell us if your issue gets solved. If it does not then your PC may be infected. Use a Good antivirus to remove the infection from your device completely.

Sounds like you are the recipient of stolen goods. All of our work laptops have this feature where it locks the BIOS and hard disk remotely if stolen, misplaced, or after a certain number of failed access attempts to the data on the disk without the TPM key.

I would suggest returning it to wherever you bought or got it.
