Windows 10: I need some help with one drive back up and the information bar

I want to remove the area where i put the red circle. I have 6 PC , All of 5 don't have problem with one drive keep ask to back up i never want to back up photo/document/desktop to one drive so every PC i have is not back up and no problem

But this pc it keep ask me to back up the photo/document/desktop in the following area. I want to remove it. I mean it do nothing but it annoy and i want to hide the area that show my account information. I don't know how to turn off since other PC don't have it.

Also i never see the information above in setting menu i'm try to find the way to hide it but i'm out of luck *Sad , Thank you.

Which browser are you referring to?

Please follow the steps to not shows items in Favorites bar in Microsoft Edge:

• 
  Select More actions (…) on the address bar, then Settings.
  
• 
  Turn off Show favorites bar.
  

And to do the same in Internet Explorer:

• 
  In Internet Explorer, right-click any empty space in the area above the address bar.
  
• 
  Select Favorites bar.

What the heck does that mean? just list the damn price, or give an estimate of one. why would i (or anyone) want to go through all the stupid annoying steps just to know if these units would fit my envelope.
