    I need some help with this.


    So I've completely resetted my computer on January 27, 2023, and when the reset completes i complete the whole new computer setup guide. But when i am allowed access to my computer. it all of a sudden becomes completely unusable. The mouse barely moves it's like its lagging, i tried clicking on Microsoft Edge but it didnt even highlight the program instead it just froze i can't click on anything, so i tried restarting it and it didnt fix the problem, i tried the startup repair setting in the troubleshooting screen and it still didn't work. I don't know what else to do at this point. Can so
