    I need some solutions without updating


    I recently updated my Windows 7 PC to windows 10 pro. But after few days of activation. I received a message that " I need to activate my windows, or else some functions may stop". What to do for this. And I have just forgotten the product key also. As I had thought that it may not ask next time. Is there any solutions other than updating it

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond I need some solutions without updating :) Best regards.

    How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

    Hi Graceimson,

    I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
    from the taskbar and check if it helps.

    • Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
    • Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.
