I need support for Dragon Naturally Speaking Professional Individual. I purchased a new PC and am trying to install the version I had but I can't find the 5-digit key to get it to run. I have version 15 and if I can get it to install I'll get the new version. Were the purchase records carried over from Nuance?

You'll succeed if you install a version of Dragon Naturally Speaking that Nuance supports on Windows 10, even if that means buying it. (And Naturally Speaking isn't cheap.)

If Nuance supports your version of DNS on Windows 10, you're guaranteed that it will install and work properly (because Nuance has tested it) and that Nuance technical support will help you.
