    Before I renew my Assure support, is there a directory or list of departments to be made available so I can know and ask for the proper department?

    Assure Support

    I pay for Assure Support.

    I previously contacted Microsoft Help by phone and got help

    When I phoned to 044 344 800 2400 I eventually got to someone who said I must raise a Support Ticket

    I have been given a website support.microsoft.com/oas

    Which asks me for a Registration number.

    I have used my invoice number, but that is not correct. There is no Registration Number on my invoice, which I paid £85 in June 2018.

    This is a mess.

    Can someone help me please.
