Windows 10: i need the task bar vertical left. im disabled and depend on it

how do i put the taskbar on the left vertical side of the screen. every verrsion of windows has had this option and as a disabled person ,all of my work and school has been designed around this feature. no heads up or anything, and my collage degree in progress came to a screeching halt and I lost my scholarship. six and a half years down the **** drain. thanks alot microsoft. some of us dont have endless amounts of money to fix things like this , and you have grown to the point that the individual no longer matters. i cant revert to win 10 bc i spent every dime i had to have someone design m

How do I restore vertical task bar to horizontal?

 

Some (not all) of the icons in the task bar are not centre aligned when the task bar is set to the left of the screen

I have moved the windows 10 task bar from the bottom of the screen to the left but unfortunately this breaks the centre alignment of some icons. Where as all icons on the menu were vertically aligned when the task bar was horizontal on the bottom of the
screen only some of the icons horizontally align when the taskbar is vertical at the left of the screen.

Is there any way to make all the icons centre align?

 

More custom layout on Task Bar

I use to put the Task Bar on the left of the desktop and strech it wider to see program titles on Task Bar. With a wider Task Bar, it can save more vertical space for program positions with more custom layout.

(1) Custom date time. Now it is time then day of the week then date from top to bottom. With custom date time, we can display them in just one line to save vertical space.

(2) Embed the input method icon into the icon lists, now the single input method icon occupy a whole line.

(3) Grid instead of list for programs. For example, some program don't need its title to be displayed on the Task Bar such as Task Manager/Screen Shot Tool, for such program, with a wide Task Bar, we can put 2 instance per line, e.g. put Task Manager and
Screen Shot Tool on the same line. Even better we can configure this behavior for each program.
