I KEEP GETTING A HARDWARE CHANGE FOR THIS DRIVER IN MY DEVICE MANAGERI HAVE A HP PAVILLION SLEEKBOOK 15

PCI Device Driver not working despite installing driver

Hello, I'm not so tech savvy so take my words with a grain of salt. Earlier this week I formatted my old Toshiba L50-C-11H laptop to improve performance, I installed windows from a USB. Bluetooth functionality is completely missing after this however. Looking into Device Manager shows 'PCI Device', 'PCI Simple Communications Controller', 'SM Bus Controller' and 'Unknown Device', all under the Other Devices tab, to have exclamation points in front of them and saying their drivers are missing.

I have looked up information about this online and found that the correct course of action is to look up the name of the drivers and install them from the manufacture's website. However, I have installed 'Realtek Card Reader' correctly as it is the respective driver for 'PCI Device' and nothing has happened.

I don't really know what I'm doing and I can't find other drivers on the manufacturers website.

where can i download this driver from? i can't find it anywhere.

device manager says i have a missing PCI device driver and my sd card reader won't work. i have a toshiba satellite serial number 8f113755s. Under properties and then details and then hardware ids, the 4 values it lists are: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5229&SUBSYS_522910EC&REV_01

I tried updating it using windows update. i installed the drivers that dynabook support recommended. Still not fixed so i checked realtek for the driver. nothing, then i checked intel for the driver. nothing. then i checked AMD for the driver. nothing. i even tried that driverscloud utility to locate a compatible driver and i installed its recommendations but the driver i need is still not installed. what am i missing here? i'm usually fantastic at troubleshooting but this has me stumped.
