Hi,I really need to access my dads old account because it's tied to my Xbox but my dad hasn't used the account in years so he has forgotten the password. I just spent $450 on a new Xbox S and would love to jump into the games only available to next gen consoles but until I can access my account with over $1000 of games on it I can't do that please someone from Microsoft contact me as soon as possible so that I can get it back and play some new games. I need to recover the Microsoft account for my dad who seems to have changed the password and forgot it. He doesn’t have an email address so we cannot fill out a recovery form. Can we regain access to this account?

Here are some tips and tricks on using the Account Recovery form:

• Just fill up the fields that you are 100% sure, if you are not sure of a certain field, please leave it blank instead.
• Perform this from a computer that you have used before and you had successfully logged into your account to give us a higher chance of passing the validation.
• You can also try to answer only the account info part. First and last name, birth date, country, city, and passwords you have used from the time you created the account.
• If you can access your mails on your Windows Phone, you may check your sent items there for the
  Subjects of your recently
  sent emails. If possible, ask your friends, relatives or contacts you recently contacted to be able to provide most accurate information. If you have pass the recovery form, you should be receiving a reset password link within
