Windows 10: I need to be able to save filenames with the date underneath and I don't know how its done...

For example I can see the same person once a week or a number of times in a week and I need to keep track of the notes within Windows 11 for example I see someone on Monday 23rd June I need to save the file as their name with the date I saw him underneath his name, this file my hold a number of items such as notes from mobiles and doodles from him plus any photographs he has taken since I last saw him to explain how he has been feeling as well as notes from myself and other medical professionals which aren't always in the same programmes. I used to be able to type the name and then press the s

Accessing Files

• Don’t start or end your filename with a space, period, hyphen, or underline.
• Save your file in a Folder on the C: drive, Desktop or in a Directory (ie) Pictures, Music, Downloads etc

• Are you referring to Office Outlook (Mail client version)/ Mail app/ Windows Live Mail?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?

If you are referring to Windows Mail app, let us try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to check if there are any updates for Mail app in Windows Store. If found try to update the app.

Step 2: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter,
troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

Step 3: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone
is set correct.

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

• Type Date and Time in the search bar.
• Click Change date and time button.

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
