Windows 10: I NEED TO BLOCK ALL DOWNLOADS ON MY SONS WINDOWS 11 PC

Hello,I need a way to block all downloads on my son's PC. Whenever he wants to download something, I need Windows to prompt him with entering a password which only I will know.I have searched everywhere for a method to do this and cannot find anything. Please help.

Thanks for the heads up about IE 11. I didn't see the requirements listed on the page I downloaded from....Internet Explorer 11 is blocked(Aegis for Windows 7/8.x) from being installed on my pc and I've uninstalled IE 8...could be why it doesn't work.

No longer allowing me to block apps on my son's account

I have Windows 10 Home and it's version 1703

os build 15063.674

I checked for updates but it told me that I was updated. I checked my son's laptop and it said it had the latest updates as well.

I manage all of the settings from my account page online.

There have been no changes or new programs installed on my computer.

I have also noticed that even if a program is blocked, my son can uninstall it and download it again and even though it remains on my blocked list, he can now play it by reinstalling.

Are you using any third party antivirus?

Any application of VPN software?
