    I need to cancel a subscription that is on auto-renew and from an old account


    How do I cancel an subscription that linked to my bank account? I tried logging into my account to cancel and it shows I have no subscriptions. Please help me cancel it. My name is Stephanie Horvath, Ashton Malewski is my son. He must have signed up for it a while ago and does not have access to the device he used to set-up the account. How do it get this corrected immediately. It's for an Xbox game pass, and it shoes a mobile charge to my bank account.The charge last showed on my account on May 9, 2024. Type: Mobile Payment.
