    I need to cloud reset my PC, but it won't work


    Hello,My PC has been having issues after downloading a videogame on the internet. Since that, I've been getting problems with windows defender which I turned off to download the game, security center, FVEAPI.dll, and even my PC dektop lagging this happened after I downloaded one more videogame after the first one.I've tried all possible solutions to fix corrupted files SFC scan, DISIM, etc, tried to re-install de .dll file, changed settings from the PC to fix security center...As last option, I tried to reset my PC, but the "Reset this PC" button on settings wasn't even working. I had to
