    Oct 19th my computer froze up. A banner page said to call Microsoft support. I called and talked to a Steven Rogers. Emp. ID: MS000213, Case ID: GD00123. After 1 1/2 hours, he informed me my accounts have been hacked. He ran a, Ultra Viewer 6.6 scan. ID: 39 444 206, Password: 58011. Microsoft ID: BML321FE. He called back today at 10 am and said they were still working on the hackers. And they were installing new security Protocols for my IP address. What I need to know is this real or am I being scammed? I also talked to 2 people from Wells Fargo fraud dept. Mark and Sh

    in short, this most likely a scam designed to get her login credentials. Have your friend look at this thread at bleepingcomputer.com
