Windows 10: I need to delete the windows files off my extra drive

tl;dr I had my extra hard drive in an older computer as it's main drive when I got a new computer I moved it from there to the new one.Because of this it still has the files for Windows 10 installed on it, Windows, Windows.old, WindowsApps, and WpSystem, my new computer runs Windows 11 they are completely useless to me but the system won't let me delete them.Does anyone know how to get these files off of my computer permanently?

C Drive with Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit 22H2 shows "low disk space allert" even with no extra folders or files

In my PC, C Drive with Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit shows Low disk space allert even with no extra folders or files. I tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested here.

There are no one drive folder, junk and temp folders are deleted, DISM commands are also run, but the issue still exists.

Experts please suggest a guaranteed solution for this including reinstalling the OS.

I even followed the steps narrated in URL Redirecting. But it did not solve.

Some one please help me to get this problem.
