Windows 10: I need to download a photo onto an application photo square to crop it to specs. Can...

Trying to submit a photo inside a photo square for an international evisa. I go to my drive and find the photo but the actual photo does not appear in the BROWSE box on the application but instead the WIN photo id number. Can someone help me with this?

• To which program are you exactly using the crop tool? Photos App or Office 2016?
• You mentioned crop tool is not working properly when Photos App is used. Have you tried to close it, and check if the issue persists?
