    3.5 inch floppy drives:

    Windows 10 does not support 3.5 inch floppy drives. So I would think there are no MS drivers.

    Thank you for being a part of Windows 10 Technical Preview testing.

    As of now there is no update weather 3.5 inch floppy drives and zip drives supported in Windows 10 or not. I would suggest you to see the following link for updates.
