    I need to get help from Microsoft support but it opens my old ticket


    as the title says I need to get help from Microsoft support but it opens my old ticket. When I click leave it says "Failed to submit feedback, please try again." Does anyone know how to fix

    Support Help for Windows 10

    How do you get in touch with Microsoft Support?? I am having a problem with my Windows 10 Pro. Opened a ticket with support, they called me, I explained my problem, they went to transfer me to the proper support group and got disconnected. Replied to the ticket creation acknowledgement email requesting a call back but didn't get one. Opened another ticket and went through all steps again only to get disconnedted while being transferred again. Tried a third time with the exact same results. Now I'm being informed that I've reached my daily limit of support calls. Any suggestions on how to get anything that resembles an acceptable level of support??

    You gave me a ticket number on my Tier 2 escalation, you've even been calling me back, but you have given me NO WAY to contact you to continue support. None.

    How does giving me a support ticket number even remotely help if I have no way to contact you with the issue number??~???
