Windows 10: I need to install Media Feature for windows 10 pro N for workstation - Version 1903 (May 2019)

It's just listed the once as Windows 10 Professional for Workstations on my Visual Studio Windows 10 Business ISO. And I only have the one set of Product Codes for Pro for Workstations. I've run it, can't remeber if I've even clean installed it though?

Windows Media Features turned on and no Media player . Not an "N" Version

I am trying to install Icloud for Windows 10 and it need the media player to work.

I am not a "N" Version but a standard Windows 10 Pro on a Surface Pro 4.

Version 1809.

I have checked in Windows Features and the Media Features has been ticked. I have done all the permutations of ticking and un-ticking with multiple restarts and still no Media Player.

I have also unselected the Media features, downloaded the N Version of the media pack and tried to load that. Still no luck.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

 

Windows 10 Pro N installing Media Features Pack (build 1804)

I have windows 10 Pro N, build 1804 installed on my PC. I'm trying to connect my Android phone as MTP device. From what I understood I need to install Media Feature, however I'm unable to find a version which will install correctly on my system (from the
list
here>> the highest number is 1803)

Where can I find the correct package?
