Windows 10: I need to know how to correct this worthless sync in edge it keeps changing to wrong password

I had a support guy paltesh check my devices in account to see why my laptop wasnt showing up anymore for some reason it was removed and i didnt do it , now every since the sync is changing my added on email password to the wrong one , i had to make a new one to have one their ghost support could contact me because they claim the service to contact me by text on my phone was down , and i had to add this authocater app to my phone to keep it working , ive had the one email account for 30 years and [ NOT] GIVING IT UP FOR ANYONE . so if their is someone from microsoft on here i'd like to know

Edge passwords are not syncing to Windows Phone 10

That is not the point. Sync is built into Edge. They are supposed to sync across devices. All my bookmark and and reading list syncs. Just user names and passwords doesn't.

To sync your password you may follow the steps below:

1. Open your Edge browser.
2. Click the (...) on the right side of the browser and then go to
   Settings.
3. Click View advanced settings.
4. Under Privacy and services turn on Offer to save password.

It is already on, and has all my passwords.

And all my sync settings are both on, on PC and phone.
