    I need to know where to redeem content from Microsoft store.


    Where to redeem content from Microsoft storeI bought 8O robux from roblox aplication but my wifi turn off. When I log again and try to pay through microsoft store it said:It looks like you already own this To download this item, go to My Games & Apps or My Library on your home device. If you're playing from the cloud, it should be ready. But when I look for it I couldn't find it.     I'm from Romania, Europe, don't know if my language will be available but i don't want it in my language, i want it in english.

    I've done both Online and Windows 10 steps from the link, but still the same error:

    Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

    1. When did you purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 from Mojang?
    2. Have you redeemed the code previously on your Microsoft account?
    3. Are you signing in to the same Microsoft account to the download the game from Microsoft store?
    4. What is the complete error message you receive while redeeming the code?


    Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try resetting the store app and check if that helps.



    1. Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for
      Run.
    2. In Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
    3. Wait for the Store to relaunch and try redeeming again.
