Windows 10: I need to login into my xbox app account.

First of all, English isn´t my first language so I'll try to be as clear as possible. This all started when I bought Minecraft two days ago, it said that I need to have the same account logged in in the xbox app and the microsoft store, so when i logged off my other microsoft account on the xbox app and tried to log in with the same one that i currently have on the microsoft store, it didn't let meI'm completely helpless, i've looked through every subreddit, every microsoft forum, i've looked dozens of youtube videos on how to solve this problem but i can't seem to figure out why it keeps hap

As I understand from your information you are not able login in windows store as well in Xbox.

I would suggest you to run windows apps troubleshooter to resolve windows store issue.

Follow the steps.

• 
  Go to control panel and select troubleshooting then in top left corner of your screen select view all.
  
• 
  Click on windows store app and click on it and run it.

• Restart the device so that the changes can take effect. Launch the app and check if you can sign in.

You can flow these steps to try solve the issue:

1. Click search on the taskbar, type "services", and click to open the Service App in the search results.
