Windows 10: I need to reactivate Windows 10 after hardware change. Nothing works and Microsoft doesn't...

I upgraded my motherboard and Windows 10 became unactivated. I have been trying to get in touch with Microsoft for a week with no success. They don't respond to requests for calls. If I type in a request for a call, the form that goes to Microsoft doesn't include my phone number. Great system. I did manage to somehow get into a chat, and the agent did something and restarted my computer. He told me to come back to the chat, but the instructions he gave me don't work. i.e. he sent me a link and told me to open a chat, but there is no way to open a chat. So, my system is still not activ

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I just changed motherboards, and When I follow the the steps listed in the "reactivate windows 10 after hardware change" support page, it gives me the message "unable to activate windows" message after I sign in and identify my device,
with no error code, just a subheader that says "can't activate windows 10 on this device, try again later."
