Windows 10: I need to receive my actual MCP certificate I received back in June 2003

Hello,I've lost my MCP certification cert I took back in June 23rd 2000.How can I get a copy of that certificate?I need it asap as the company wants to hire me requires this.Thank you!

Unable to access MCP and MCTS certificates

Hello my name is wasim ahmad from pakistan i passed MCP server 2003 and MCTS windows vista in 2010 my MC ID and Access code has been expired so what should i do to access my certifications certificate again? How can i contact to Microsoft to gain access
my certifications?
