Windows 10: I need to reeinstal Windows 10 home

Hi I had trouble with my laptop and it had became black in a felsökning way and I need to ree in stall windows 10 but I cant find any trustworthy download, pleace microsoft can you assist me?

On my laptop I have windows 10 home but I only need a windows 10 to start my laptop.
