Windows 10: I need to restore my device to its state before 6 hours

I have changed the regedit inside Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion and Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion to be modified from C to E after I copied program files from C to E then I deleted both program and program files from C but some files inside them refused to be deleted so I left them but after I did that I couldn't open AutoCAD or its installer neither the office programs. what shall I do to restore the windows before 6 hours ago? I have no backup or restore point

How can I get my PC added back as a device on my account?

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned in my original post, I have already performed steps 1-3 of your list. I didn't specify, but I have also already restarted my computer as suggested in step 4, and as I stated, I completed steps 5-6 and my PC is still not showing up. I checked again this morning (it has now been about 48 hours) and it still is not showing up. Do you have any additional steps or advice on how I can fix this issue?

What happens if you disable the Handy Taskman? And how much do you use the device for e.g. phone calls?



If the battery lasts only 6 hours even if you don't really use the device, then I suggest you take the device to your nearest service point so that our technicians can check the device.
