Windows 10: I need to set up my pin, but I cannot do it without wifi, when I look for available...

I cannot go to settings because I cannot enter my computer without my pin, I cannot set up my pin without wifi, almost all solutions require me going to settings to fix my wifi. My wifi also works for all other devices in my household, so I doubt restarting my router would help.

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.

Yes, HTC S620 or HTC Excalibur has wifi built-in. To set up wifi, follow these steps:

• turn the wifi radio on by going to settings>command manager>wifi
• it should automatically give you the list of available wifi hotspots
• If the network is protected by key, it will ask you you to enter the key
