Windows 10: I need to speak to a Microsoft expert

After a win 11 and bios update, my PC has locked me out of all of my admin accounts. The only option shown on the login screen is 'Set up pin' which does not work and returns me to the same login screen.I cannot enter safe mode.The only account I can login with is a childs account which does not have admin rights - i cannot change anything from here as it always asks for the admin pin, which brings back an error code.I have changed my MS pin on another machine but this does not help.

Experts on demand: When a threat exceeds the SOC’s capability to investigate, or when more actionable information is needed, security experts provide technical consultation on relevant detections and adversaries. In cases where a full incident response becomes necessary, seamless transition to Microsoft incident response (IR) services is available.

Experts provide insights needed to better understand complex threats, from the latest zero-day exploit to the root cause of a suspicious network connection. Through Microsoft Threat Experts, customers can:

Get additional clarification on alerts including root cause or scope of the incident

Gain clarity into suspicious machine behavior and recommended next steps if faced with an advanced attacker

Determine risk and protection regarding threat actors, campaigns, or emerging attacker techniques

Seamlessly transition to Microsoft Incident Response (IR) services when necessary

Partnership for improved security

In today’s climate of cybersecurity challenges, organizations must fend off relentless attacks even as they go through their journey of building and maturing their security capabilities. Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.

Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.

Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

Go to Settings.

Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.

Select add someone else on this PC.

Enter a user name and hit next.

Click on Finish.

Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
