Windows 10: I need to speak to a person at Microsft about a License issue.

We have a customer who purchased a Windows 11 Pro computer from Amazon, the brand is Beelink, Series 6 model.There was an issue with the license after doing a fresh install of the operating system. Now it is saying the embedded license key is not valid. This is causing obvious issues now.Each time I call, I get a robot telling me to go online then drops the call before giving me any chance to navigate the menu. Well, going online is pointless as I'm not going to buy a support plan for just this issue. In the past, the phone number worked to get to a person who can help us. Any suggestions?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

How do I speak with a live person?

I would like to know how to retrieve my Bit Locker code. system says that I do not have one when I searched using the method suggested by Microsoft support. I really would like to speak with a real person
