    the categories you have to choose do not work. I need to speak to a PERSON. A living, breathing person at Microsoft. You cannot force everything to be done online. Microsoft is confusing my personal and work accounts, which complicates everything. Telling me I need to log in of course I'm logged, in, my computer works to contact tech support, then telling me my account - the one I'm logged into - doesn't exist. ONLY a human can understand this, whatever online bots they have do not. I am furious. I have wasted HOURS on this and there's never a solution. I need to contact a PERSON.I have Wind

    HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Well done for being suspicious, you would be amazed how many users fall for this!

    This is a well known Tech Support SCAM, your PC has not been hacked, do not call that number, Microsoft never produce those notifications or provide a support number.

    Where did you see that message and phone number, is it an Email or a large notification in your web browser?

    If that is in your web browser, then if this happens again, open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

    On the processes tab, locate your browser and end task on that

    You can then continue to user your PC and browse the Internet

    Need to speak to someone in tech support

    I have a HP desk top computer. For a few weeks, when I open my computer I cannot go to Xfinity Comcast to retrieve my emails, etc. I prefer to work with Xfinity Browser. Why is Microsoft Edge blocking it. I usually go into chrome to access Xfinity and MS Edge is blocking. Why is this? This is really causing problems because I also cannot get into my bookmarks. Please HELP! I really need to talk to someone a tech. Why can't I speak to someone directly in MS? There are other problems connected to MS Outlook, It is a mess and I need to make contact with tech-support.
