I am trying to make it easier to sign in and use my computer. Microsoft has decided how my security should work but its not working for me at all. I have gone to the Security location which should include easy methods for me to change security processes and procedures but it will not even allow me to make the most basic changes. I do not think I am sending messages to an AI bot because there is no intelligent response. The auto reply keeps giving me simple solutions that are not what I want or need. Then the auto system cannot understand complex statements, i.e. statements with more than

I need to speak to a real "live" support person at MSFT

How to speak with live person @ Microsoft for help & support ?

I called the 877 # listed above and had a live person in 1 minute. When the auto attendant came on, I pressed 0 and I was put on hold then a live person answered.
