• Click on Personalize.
• Select Colors.
• Click on High contrast settings.
• From the drop-down menu, select None.
• Click Apply.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

use other computer , download kaspersky rescue disk in the form of .iso file , make bootable usb pendrive ,
http://rescuedisk.kaspersky-labs.com/updatable/2018/krd.iso
boot with that pendrive to computer , and further , once logged on linux , update antivirus data bases , then do full scan
if the threats are found means , it will delete .

complete the tasks , and get unlock file
